The Four Elements, is an enchanting series of aerial landscape paintings inspired by the breathtaking beauty of the Australian coastline. Each piece is born from personal drone photography, captured during my many strolls along the shore. This unique collection marries encaustic art—a stunning blend of beeswax, damar resin, and pure pigment powder—with the richness of oil paints. Titled The Four Elements, this series embodies the essence of nature itself: I harness the air to elevate my imagery, draw inspiration from the water as my muse, channel the heat of fire to melt and cure the wax, and remain grounded by the earth from which all creation begins.
